the food tasted good, especially the room service meals, and the breakfast improved after the first day. the location was convenient, within walking distance of several attractions and amenities. the room itself had basic amenities, although it lacked the promised balcony and reliable Wi-Fi.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming during our stay. We particularly enjoyed the room service, the food was tasty and satisfactory. , the location of the hotel was convenient and accessible to nearby attractions.
We booked a room with a balcony, free Wi-Fi, and a working TV for three nights. However, upon arrival, we were disappointed to find that these amenities were not available.

Spent my Christmas at this hotel and absolutely loved it! the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always making sure everything was perfect during our stay. the room service food was delicious, and we loved being able to order a meal straight to our room. the location of the hotel was also ideal, with plenty of shops and attractions nearby. Plus, the hotel had a stunning pool and great gym facilities which were perfect for working off all the Christmas treats.
